Happy Friday!! Great job this week people! I know we've got some sore muscles so make sure and mobilize this weekend. Use this as an excuse to get a massage. You deserve it!

I just love this quote by a coach (Ben Bergeron) I really look up to. I love that our gym is a place where we build each other up. It's a good reminder to make sure our words are words that encourage and giving copious amounts of praise!!
