I know your bodies are sore, tired, beaten down, and smoke filled. Can you do 2 more days for me? Hang in there! I shall give you a partner to share the load tomorrow.

A1. Handstand practice: Kick Up hold on wall - kick up to partner assist - hs freestand hold - hs walk! Spend time doing one or a couple of these btw ea. set of BS.

A2. Back Squat 5x5 (increasing weight ea. set)
