Yo Friday, How YOU doin'? Hope you all had a fabulous August, because poof! It's gone! September is going to hopefully bring us rain, the Everyday Warrior competition (click here to sign up.), and our Slip n' Slide Outta Summer party!
This weekend we will have a regular Saturday morning class at 9, and ONE CLASS on Monday at 9 also for a Hero WOD! We have a few fams coming rafting on Sunday, so let me know if you want to be included!

4 Gym Length Farmer's Carries (70/55)
8 Push Ups
12 SA Alt. KB Lunges (5/arm) (45/35)
