You made it to Friday my friends! Great work this week, and as per usual use the beginning part of class to work on something you missed, practice something that needs practicing that you don't like (snatching, double unders, etc.)

Hope you have been on point this week for nutrition! Or, at least working in that direction! If you need a little guidance, please don't hesitate to ask. Abs are made in the kitchen, baby!
